White Barns Hard White Wheat is milled from Prairie Gold Spring Wheat Berries and is suitable for baking yeast breads. It has a lighter color and texture than traditional wheat, un-sifted, containing the whole grain and bakes into loaves that have a delicate texture and flavor. This is a great “transition” flour for bakers moving from processed flour to whole grain baking.
