Spelt is a delicious, ancient whole grain that is said to be easier to digest than it’s relative modern wheat! This freshly milled, organic flour can be used in recipes calling for whole wheat or all-purpose white flour, particularly for quick breads (think non-yeast breads like banana bread), muffins, pie crusts, and cookies.
